Handheld Laboratory Rotor-Stator Homogenizer This handheld rotor-stator homogenizer is designed to rapidly homogenize, emulsify, suspend, and disrupt biological samples. It is ideal for use with microtubes and various sample volumes ranging from 0.1 mL to 250 mL (depending on the probe used).The homogenizer works by drawing the sample into a variable-speed rotor within the generator probe and forcing it through slots in the stator, achieving mechanical shearing. Repeated passes through the stator ensure thorough homogenization, typically completed in 30 seconds or less.
